As an emergency physician, I've spent my career making decisions with incomplete information, real stakes, and limited time.
The ER is the environment that originally shaped how I think and work. In the early 2020’s I also built a venture-backed software company in healthcare, which gave me a different vantage point on leadership, career development and the system I work inside as a physician. More recently, I've learned something about commitment and endurance from running 200 miles across Florida and raising pre-schoolers.
